TORIZO to My friend Matthew

This is Torizo, my favorite and secret place I love to be.
All dishes they serve are great, all of them!

These are their recommendation tonight.

First, we choose what to drink.
I took sake, super dry one, Koichi served it for me.

I took sake-steamed clams.

We enjoy the soup using the shell like this.

This is "Goma-kampachi", the most popular dish in Torizo.
It's yellowtail with ground sesame and soy sause dressing.

You can enjoy it more if you order otyazuke, like this.

Koichi brought me the second glass.

I LOVE ginnan, seeds of ginkgo tree.
Wonderful to have when you are having sake.
But foreigners might think it's not good.

Deep fried garlic. You can peel them easily.

We have it with Japanese mustard.
