These are their recommendation tonight.

I took sake, super dry one, Koichi served it for me.
I took sake-steamed clams.

This is "Goma-kampachi", the most popular dish in Torizo.
It's yellowtail with ground sesame and soy sause dressing.
You can enjoy it more if you order otyazuke, like this.
Koichi brought me the second glass.
I LOVE ginnan, seeds of ginkgo tree.
Wonderful to have when you are having sake.
But foreigners might think it's not good.

Do you know what it is?
Deep fried garlic. You can peel them easily.
The best way to have them is with salt.
This is my No.1 dish here, chicken lever.
I didn't like it before, but I have been able to have it since I tried it here.
We have it with Japanese mustard.
